Pakistan Workers Welfare forum Qatar (PWWFQ) is a non-profitable social welfare forum, comprising of active members of Pakistani Community in Qatar. 

The purpose of PWWFQ is the welfare of Pakistani “Workers” in specific and the community in general.

Workers play a pivotal role in the prosperity of a country and chips a great deal in the social and financial evolution of a society. 

Foundation of this forum is based on this special segment of our expat community, and the need to support them.

What We Do

We are actively looking for the Workers that have recently came to Qatar or those who need help in finding work or have welfare issue.

Building network is essential part of living abroad. We build network of people that can help anyone in need.

We strengthen the relationship between our workers community in order to become self-sufficient


— We Educate

We strive to educate all the members of society about Legislative awareness, Skill development, career guidance, Health and safety related awareness for workers.


— We Provide Care

Our community tries its best to do welfare and support activities regularly and on special days e.g. National Sports Day, Pakistan Independence Day, Qatar National day etc.


— We Consult

We provide free of cost consultation to resolve problems, answer queries and provide welfare and wellbeing services for the workers in specific and the whole community in general.

The State of Qatar

Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani

Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Emir of Qatar. He was born at Doha on 3 June 1980. He had been Crown Prince since 5 August 2003.

He is the son of Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Emir of Qatar (1952- ) and his second wife Sheikha Moza bint Nasser Al-Misnad (1959-).

Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani has held a variety of government posts within Qatar and has been at the forefront of efforts to promote sports and healthy living within the country.

History of Pak-Qatar Community

The presence of Pakistani’s in Qatar can be traced back to the 1940s when early community members arrived and settled. Early Pakistani’s belonged to the working class who played a vital role in the development of the host country. There are around 150K Pakistani’s living in the State of Qatar, who are contributing with the best of their abilities for the prosperity of the State of Qatar
